From April 19 to 25，2010,
Mr. Xie Shunxing, the President of CN-KnowHow Intellectual Property
Agent Limited and Ms. Zhang Jing, Patent Attorney of CN-KnowHow
Intellectual Property Agent Limited were invited to give lectures in
Taiwan among National Tsing hua University, Taiwan University andASUS,
on the topics of "The Offensive and Defensive Skills of Patent
Invalidation Procedure " and "The Practice of the New Patent Law in
Mainland China ".
Mr.
Xie explained profound theories in simple language on how to deal with
patent invalidation by making introductions on invalidation procedure,
written statement skills and offensive and defensive skills for oral
hearing. Especially, Mr. Xie cited some cases, which helps listeners to
get more perceptual knowledge on detailed practice. Ms. Zhang thoroughly
explained the main points regarding the latest amendment of Chinese
Patent Law on patent application documents, patent examination
procedure, fee charges and time limits, etc. Meanwhile, Ms. Zhang made
special explanations on examination procedures for foreign filing
license, which are highly concerned by Taiwan applicants.
The
speeches were highly praised and approved by both of the organizer and
the participants, the contents of the speeches were considered to be
practical with theories and practice, which helps Taiwan participants to
understand more about Chinese Patent Law and its applications. After
the lectures, experts of CN-KnowHow answered all the questions raised by
participants.
