Published
by Intellectual Property Press with a preface by Zhang Qin, deputy
director of the State Intellecual Property Office, "Enterprise Patent
Working Practice" is the product of much thought and effort by the
entire staff of CN-KnowHow Intellectual Property Agent Ltd. and CN-Yulu
Intellectual Property Center.
In
compiling this book, CN-KnowHow and CN-Yulu draw from their many years
of experience in serving enterprises and also reference extensively
the ways in which others have found success. Throughout the book' s
200,000+ words, emphasis is placed on explaining the details of working
with enterprise patents and the skills such work requires, rather than
on the discussion of theory, making it a practical and useful aid for
improving the efficiency of Chinese businesses in their work with
patents.
"Enterprise
Patent Working Practice" is China's first guidebook written
specifically for workers who deal with enterprise patents. It has been
supported and funded by the Beijing Intellectual Property Office,
which also designated it as a training textbook for model enterprises
in working with patents.
