Guizhou Hongqi Pharmaceutical Ltd., Hainan Xingzhongzheng Pharmaceutical Ltd. and Qinhuangdao Huangwei Pharmaceutical Ltd. have filed request for invalidation respectively on 13 August 2009, 14 September 2010 and 09 August 2010, targeting an invention patent owned by Wuzhou Pharmaceutical Group with the name of Compound Chinese medicinal preparation for treating gynecological diseases and preparation method thereof (Patent No:ZL200410060988.7).

Entrusted by the patent right owner, patent attorneies including Ms. Zhang Qingmin, Mr Wang Jialing, Mr Wang Pengfei from CN-KnowHow conducted written response with regard to the concerning patent and attended oral proceedings before the patent re-examination board of the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO). The patent re-examination board of SIPO has made examination decisions on 10 February 2010, 31 January 2011 and 24 February 2011 respectively with regards to the requests for invalidation, in which the concerning patent right ZL200410060988.7 is ruled to be valid in all the cases.
