Entrusted
\n by Beijing Aerospace Kaiser International Investment Management Co.,
\nLtd. in September ,2010, our firm filed a litigation case against
\nagainst Liaoning Aerospace Kaiser Tubing Ltd., on the ground of
\ntrademark infringement. However, on 21 July 2011, the People's Court of
\nChaoyang district rejected the demands.
<\/span><\/p>\n

After
\n receiving the written judgement rejecting our demands, our attorney
\nfound and supplemented new strong evidence after further researching and
\n analysing the case, and subsequently filed the appeal to the second
\nIntermediate People's Court. On 20 September 2011, Beijing second
\nIntermediate People's Court made the final decision, and ruled
\nthat Liaoning Aerospace Kaiser Tubing Ltd. had infringed the trademark
\nright, demanding that it shall stop the trademark infringement from the
\neffective date of the ruling. In addition, a total of 200,000 RMB shall
\nbe paid to Beijing Aerospace Kaiser International Investment Management
\nCo., Ltd. to compensate its economic loss. Therefore this litigation
