In
\n  February 2011, CN-KnowHow, appointed by our Japanese client Mr Satou,
\n filed a request for invalidation for an Utility model patent (Patent
\n Number:200810018344.X) owned by Shanxi Caihong Electronics Glass
\nCo.,Ltd  with the title of "Temperature equilibrium apparatus and method
\n for  flat panel display glass substrate molding\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

After
\n  the appointment, experienced patent attorneys from our company were
\nput  in charge of the handling of this invalidation case, After
\nconducted  detailed and careful searching,  a  total of nine reference
\ndocuments were obtained including patent  documents, books, etc. , which
\n can destroy the inventive step of the  concerning patent. Written
\nmaterials for the request for invalidation  were prepared meticulously,
\nafter multiple written and telephone  communications with the client.<\/span><\/p>\n

After
\n  holding the oral proceeding on 21 June 2011, The patent re-examination
\n  board of SIPO has made the invalidation decision on 23 September 2011,
\n  according to which the whole of the concerning patent right is ruled
\nto  be invalid. It was stated in the decision that the claims of the
\n concerning patent did not possess prominent substantive feature when
\n compared to prior art, therefore the invention did not possess
\n inventiveness pursuant to paragraph3, article 22 of the patent law.<\/span><\/p>\n

Up
