Guizhou
\n Hongqi Pharmaceutical Ltd., Hainan Xingzhongzheng Pharmaceutical Ltd.
\nand Qinhuangdao Huangwei Pharmaceutical Ltd. have filed request for
\ninvalidation respectively on 13 August 2009, 14 September 2010 and 09
\nAugust 2010, targeting an invention patent owned by Wuzhou
\nPharmaceutical Group with the name of Compound Chinese medicinal
\npreparation for treating gynecological diseases and preparation method
\nthereof (Patent No:ZL200410060988.7). <\/span><\/p>\n

Entrusted
\n by the patent right owner, patent attorneies including Ms.
\nZhang Qingmin, Mr Wang Jialing, Mr Wang Pengfei from CN-KnowHow
\nconducted written response with regard to the concerning patent and
\nattended oral proceedings before the patent re-examination board of the
\nState Intellectual Property Office (SIPO). The patent re-examination
\nboard of SIPO has made examination decisions on 10 February 2010, 31
\nJanuary 2011 and 24 February 2011 respectively with regards to the
\nrequests for invalidation, in which the concerning patent right
\nZL200410060988.7 is ruled to be valid in all the cases.<\/span><\/p>\n

In
\n recent years, CN-KnowHow focused on the training of professional
\ntalents capable of handling re-examination, invalidation and litigation,
\n in addition to basic patent application and prosecution work. So far,
\nCN-KnowHow has achieved a success rate of over 80% in re-examination and
\n invalidation cases. Last year, CN-KnowHow has been entrusted for dozens
\n of invalidation cases by companies including Guangzhou Dalishi Garment
