\n Shunxing, President of CN-KnowHow Intellectual Property Agent Ltd. and
\nthree other experts from CN-KnowHow were invited by Japan Guanxi Law
\nFirm to participate in China, Japan and USA IP Seminar in Osaka on April
\n 22, 2009.<\/span><\/p>\n

This
\n seminar mainly focused on \u201c Introduction of China and USA IP Litigation
\n \u201dand \u201cComparison of the Inventiveness Evaluation Criteria among China,
\nJapan and USA\u201d. Mr. Xie Shunxing, Mr. Zhang Guoliang from CN-KnowHow and
\n Mr.David Makman from Howrey LLP gave lectures \u201cInventiveness Evaluation
\n Criteria of Patent in China\u201d, \u201cBasic Procedure of IP litigation in
\nChina\u201d and \u201cBasic Procedure of IP litigation and Inventiveness
\nEvaluation Criteria in US\u201drespectively. <\/span><\/p>\n

After
\n lectures, Mr. Xie and Japanese IP professionals discussed US KSR case
\nand explained the relative issues related to Inventiveness Evaluation
\nCriteria of patent and Invalidation Litigation in China.<\/span><\/p>\n

The
\n seminar participants spoke highly of the lecture. It is regarded that
\nthis seminar helped IP professionals to understand basic procedure of IP
\n litigation and inventiveness evaluation criteria of patent in China
\nmuch better and had a positive effect on promoting IP protection in
