Our
\n  members, including president XIE Shunxing and legal counselor YANG
\n Jinqi from CN-KnowHow Intellectual Property Agent Ltd. were invited by
\n the Korean Patent Attorney Association (KPAA) and participated in the
\n Seminar on Intellectual Property Rights in China and Korea taken place
\non May 16, 2007 inSeoul.<\/span><\/p>\n

The
\n  seminar was co-organized by KPAA, Korea Invention Promotion
\nAssociation  (KIPA), IP Research Institute.Mr. YANG Jinqi, who served as
\n a legal  counselor of CN-KnowHow and the former deputy chief judge of
\nthe <\/span>Supreme People Court  on
\nIntellectual Property Division, gave a three-hour speech in the  seminar
\n with a topic on Litigation Procedures of Intellectual Property  and Its
\n Related Regulations in China.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Mr.
\n  XIE and Mr. YANG took photos with Mr. AHN Gwang-Gu, Mr. KIM Myeong-Sin
\n  and Mr. HWANG Sun-Hyo before opening of the seminar.Mr. AHN, who is
\nthe  director of KPAA, has served as the chancellor of Ministry of
\nCommerce,  Industry and Energy (MOCIE) and the director of Korean
\nIntellectual  Property Office.Mr. KIM who was the director of Asian
\nPatent Attorneys  Association (APAA) and the director of KPAA.\u00a1\u00a1Mr.
\nHWANG is the deputy  director of KPAA.<\/span><\/p>\n

In
\n  the end of speeches, over one-hour queries was raised by IP
\n representatives from local large enterprises and attorneys from law or
\n IP firms.<\/span><\/p>\n

The
\n  seminar was highly acknowledged and recognized by the organizers and
\n participants, as they believed that Korean IP specialists could gained a
\n  further knowledge on IP litigation procedures in <\/span>China, which could further benefit Korean enterprises in protecting their IP rights in China.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
