On
\n July 21, 2006, president Xie Shunxing of CN-KnowHow Intellectual
\nProperty Agent Limited, was appointed as deputy director of IP Committee
\n for enterprises added to All-China Patent Agent Association.<\/span><\/p>\n

Beijing
\n CN-KnowHow Intellectual Property Agent Limited, strives for providing

As
\n expert of the State IPRs Strategic Team and at the Committee of
\nIndustrial IPRs Protection, deputy director of the Enterprise
\nIntellectual Property Committee of All-China Patent Agents Association
\n(ACPAA), also deputy director-general at Beijing Society of Agronomy
\n(BSA), as well as one of the members of Standing director at Chamber of
\nAgriculture All-China Federation of Industry Commerce and director at
\nAll-China Patent Agents Association (ACPAA), Mr. Xie Shunxing, with
\n10-year extensive experiences in State Intellectual Property Office
\n(SIPO), including being an examiner and deputy-director at the
\nDepartment of Biochemistry and Department Food Engineering respectively.
\n He had trained many junior examiners for SIPO, and assisted patent
\nattorneys to solve difficult issues for several times. Thereafter, Mr.
\nXie has been a senior adviser at several enterprises and an assistant to
\n the president of a multinational company. Hereby, he is quite familiar
\nwith IP management in the modern enterprises. Furthermore, he had taken
\ncharge of many items of science subject related-researches, namely,2004
\nHaidian District Research for IP Protection for Haidian District
\nCommittee of Science, Strategic Research for Tongzhou District
\nAgricultural Brands and Evaluation System Research for IP of Enterprises
\n for Beijing IP Office, Strategic Research for Beijing Agricultural IP
\nfor Beijing Committee Science, Strategic Research for Sanyuan Group for
\nSanyuan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Besides
\n Mr. Xie, the other appointed were Mr. Guo Xiaodong deputy commissioner
\nof SIPO, Director Zhang Changxing former Collaboration Center for
\nExamining of SIPO. The former Mr. Guo, participating in drawing up and
\nsetting downing Patent Law and General Provision of PRC., Guide to the
\nPatent Examination and Guide to Complements for Patent Office of PRC.,
\nis of great eminence in the IP field with prolific experience in the
\nrespects of the patent law and patent-related management. While the
\nlatter Mr. Zhang Changxing, having worked for Examination Section of
\nMechanism Invention under SIPO as a chief, and for Patent Reexamination
\nBoard as deputy director, made a lot of efforts for establishing and
\ndeveloping law system of china patent-examining institution, patent
\ncreexamining institution together with correspondent IP litigation in
\nlight of his 3-time visit to Europe Patent Office and Europe Patent
