The
Patent Agent Examination Board determined, and subsequently formally
published the minimum passing score for the National Qualification
Examination for Patent Agents on December 23rd. 150 is the minimum
passing score for Legal knowledge section and 90 is the minimum passing
score for agent work practice section. 6 Employees of CN-KnowHow have
successfully passed the examination, including Mr Li Xiangxu and Mr Ji
Liechao from Electronic and Communication Department, Ms Zhou Jia form
Mechanic and Materials Department, Mr Liu Chengchun from Chemical
Engineering and Biology Department, Ms Mu Hongping from the Research
Department and Ms Ji Hailian from Clients Service Department.
This year's examination is the 12th National Qualification Examination for
Patent Agents, organized by the State Intellectual Property Office
since 1992. Nationwide 12,669 eligible applicants in total submitted
their applications and 1,368 of them have passed the examination, with
an average passing rate of 10.8%. 23 employees form CN-KnowHow
submitted their application for the examination and 6 of them have
successful passed the examination with a passing rate of 26.1%, which
is 2.5 times of the national average passing rate.
National
Qualification Examination for Patent Agents is the professional
