Entrusted by Beijing Aerospace Kaiser International Investment Management Co., Ltd. in September ,2010, our firm filed a litigation case against against Liaoning Aerospace Kaiser Tubing Ltd., on the ground of trademark infringement. However, on 21 July 2011, the People's Court of Chaoyang district rejected the demands.

After receiving the written judgement rejecting our demands, our attorney found and supplemented new strong evidence after further researching and analysing the case, and subsequently filed the appeal to the second Intermediate People's Court. On 20 September 2011, Beijing second Intermediate People's Court made the final decision, and ruled that Liaoning Aerospace Kaiser Tubing Ltd. had infringed the trademark right, demanding that it shall stop the trademark infringement from the effective date of the ruling. In addition, a total of 200,000 RMB shall be paid to Beijing Aerospace Kaiser International Investment Management Co., Ltd. to compensate its economic loss. Therefore this litigation case ended in another success for CN-KnowHow.
