KnowHow IP Group was recently formally established and in operation, which is an open international IP service alliance initiated by CN-KnowHow and Hong Kong Eagle IP Ltd.

The group is following the doctrine of "Protect and shield ideas with legal means; Create a sanctuary for IP rights with KnowHow”, striving to provide a complete range of IP attorney and counseling services including application for patent, trademark, copyright and plant variety right; litigation service for defending IP right; patent early alarming (Free To Operation project); patent analysis; patent strategy; asset appraisal; and license transfer etc.

The group at its early stage is consisting of five organizations including Beijing CN-KnowHow IP Agent Ltd., Beijing Sino-Agro Hengda Plant Variety Rights Agency Ltd., CN-Yulu Intellectual Property Center, CN-Chelu Law Firm and Hong Kong Eagle IP Ltd. The group will be incorporating new members from Asia and other part of the world in the future and aimed to become a global IP service alliance providing IP attorney and counseling services around the world for our clients.

Presently, the group has 40 Chinese patent attorneys/lawyers, 10 US patent attorneys/lawyers with a total of 150 staff. It is capable to directly handle IP affairs in Hong Kong, China and US and providing services in multiple languages including Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean etc., with expertise covering almost all major professional technical fields. It is believed that the establishment of KnowHow group will deliver more comprehensive and excellent IP services to our clients in China mainland
