Mr. Xie Shunxing, the President of CN-KnowHow, has been selected and rewarded as senior expert in State IP Strategy expert base by the State Intellectual Property Strategy Planning Team. The selected experts would be invited to participate in strategic advice, consultation and evaluation of State Intellectual Property issues, and further specific research work on Intellectual Property.

Mr. Xie, graduated from Peking union medical College, is majoring in microorganism pharmacy. His primary studies are mainly on Chemistry, followed with Chemical Industry. His 10 years extensive experiences in State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), including being an examiner and deputy-direct at the Department of Biochemistry and Department Food Engineering respectively. He had trained many junior examiners for SIPO, and assisted patent attorneys to solve difficult issues for several times. Thereafter, Mr. Xie has been a senior adviser at several enterprises and an assistant to the president of a multinational company. Hereby, he is quite familiar with IP management in the modern enterprises.

Mr. Xie was the guest speaker at many occasions, inclusive of Intellectual Property Training in China Milk Industry and Water Conservation; Intellectual Property Training at Tsinghua Science & technology Zone; Training Program for corporate middle level administrators & managers held by Anhui BBCA Group; IP related Training Program at Guang Zhou Economic-Technological Development Area; All managers seminar held by The China Biochemical Pharmaceutical Industry Association (CBPIA); All District & County Directors conference of Tianjin Municipal Science & Technology Commission; Tech-Work Conversation held by China Agricultural Science Institute; IP related Training Program at China Agriculture University; Shanxi IP training program in agriculture; Training Program for Beijing enterprises in charging of practicing patent issues; Guangdong Intellectual Property Seminar in Pharmaceutical, Heath-food and Biotechnology; Peking University Forum in Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainable Development; Forum about Situational and Potential Analysis on the Zhongguancun Intellectual Property; The Summit Forum on China New Industrialization & Industrial International Cooperation. Mr. Xie, moreover, has been interviewed by journalist and invited to speak on TV; several dozen of his articles were published in many publications; being the emcee in several IP related topics. Mr. Xie takes many significant positions, including being the President of CN-KnowHow Intellectual Property Agency Ltd.; President of Beijing SA Hengda PVR Agency Ltd.; Vice-director at Beijing Association of Agricultural Science Societies; Director at All-China Patent Agents Association.
