The State Intellectual Property Office published a list of 203 state intellectual property right experts recently, which included CN-KnowHow President Mr. Xie Shunxing . Mr. Xie is nominated by Beijing Intellectual Property Office before being selected by the Election Committee for State Intellectual Property Right Expert.

State Intellectual Property Right Expert is an important part of State Expert Base, which will provide consultation advices and expert opinions for significant questions encountered during the development of Chinese IP right section. In addition, the selected IP experts will also contribute to resolving IP right issues for Key Projects, National, Regional and Industrial Strategy, as well as contribute to improving Chinese IP right practice by leading and advising.

Mr Xie presided over 50 IP research and consulting projects, as well as presided over the compilation of “Patent Guidance Criterion for Patent Attorney (Advisory Practice section)” for All-China Patent Agent Association and the Enterprise Patent Working Practice, participated in the third amendment of Chinese Patent Law. In addition, Mr Xie has also been honoured as one of the ten Outstanding Cooperation Experts of National IP Safeguard Right Assistance nationwide by the State Intellectual Property Office.
