After the previous failed attempt in requesting for invalidation, regarding an invention patent (Patent No.: ZL 200410060988.7) titled "A Compound Chinese Medicine for Treating Gynecological Disease and Its Preparation Method", which is owned by Wuzhou Pharmaceutical Group, the same pharmaceutical company from Qin Huangdao, Hebei province filed another request for invalidation for the second time on 31 May 2011. Entrusted again by the patent right owner, patent attorneys from CN-KnowHow conducted written response with regard to the concerning patent and attended oral proceedings before the patent re-examination board of the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO). The patent re-examination board of SIPO made the examination decisions for this case on 28 November 2011, in which the whole of concerning patent right was again ruled to be valid.

Previously, CN-KnowHow has already won all of the four invalidation cases representing Wuzhou Pharmaceutical Group. Therefore, CN-KnowHow has managed to maintain our perfect record in all five invalidation cases for Wuzhou Pharmaceutical Group.
