After strict review by Beijing Intellectual Property Office, CN-KnowHow Intellectual Property Agency Ltd. was once again designated as IP right service organization for "Special Fund For Freedom To Operate Analysis And Emergency Response Of Beijing Companies", and thereby successfully partnered with Air-sys Refrigeration Engineering Technology (Beijing) Co.,Ltd and CapitalBio Ltd.

On 13 January 2011, inception review meeting for Freedom To Operate (FTO) analysis projects was held by Beijing IP Right Protection Association. All the projects undertook by CN-KnowHow passed the expert review successfully and subsequently entered the implementation stage.

In order to encourage the companies to expand in overseas market and improve their ability of avoiding and responding to overseas IP right risk, Beijing government established the Special Fund For Freedom To Operate Analysis And Emergency Response Of Beijing Companies to support qualified local companies. Designated IP right agencies were chosen by appraisal to mainly provide services in overseas IP right searching and FTO analysis, overseas IP right risk management strategy analysis and legal consultation for responding to overseas IP right risks, etc.

CN-KnowHow has been responsible for the most projects and also designated as IP service agency for the project for four consecutive years. In addition, the achievements of completed projects are well rated and acknowledged by the client companies. The nomination of CN-KnowHow and successful partnership with the companies this year can therefore be regarded as an acknowledgement of CN-KnowHow's experience and expertise in IP consultation and research by Beijing Intellectual Property Office and Beijing companies.
