To set up service guideline meets the needs of implementing the strategy for IP mediated service, professional management, clients demanding for professional, high quality agency service and self-disciplined industry. The enactment of guidelines covering all areas of patent agency industry will result in the important effect on development of patent agency industry.

This enactment of guidelines was organized by All-china Patent Agents Association that picked up different patent agents to undertake the drafting work together. CN-Knowhow was selected due to its outstanding achievements on patent analysis and strategy. Now following the APAA's time schedule and content requirements, CN-Knowhow is carrying out the work positively.
