ZHANG Jing, Plant Variety Rights (PVR) attorney of CN-KnowHow Intellectual Property Agent Ltd. was invited to lecture on The Requirements and Procedures of Filing a PVR Application in China under warm hospitality provided by the Rural Development Administration of Korea on August 28, 2007.

Speakers who participated in the lecture included experts from the Research Institute of Rural Development Administration and PVR examiners of Korea.

Ms. ZHANG described in detail the Protection of Chinese Plant Variety Rights, which covers: Time, Denomination, Selection of Comparative Variety, Pedigree and Breeding, Submission of Technical Questionnaire, and The New Trends of Chinese PVR Application by citing typical cases

This was the second invitation to CN-KnowHow to lecture in Korea since last year.Two parties agreed to organize lectures to stimulate cooperation between China and Korea in the protection of agricultural intellectual property rights.
