Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the second batch of supporting lists for the “National level growthing enterprise with professional, refinement, specialization and novelty”, and CN-KnowHow Intellectual Property Agency was approved. (Currently, two batches have been approved, and only three companies in Beijing have won this honor.) 

• Background

On January 23, 2021, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the "Notice on Supporting the High-Quality Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" (Caijian [2021] No. 2). It is aims to guide the development of small and medium-sized enterprises through special funds and promote the linkage between the upper and lower levels, accelerate the cultivation of a growthing enterprises with professional, refinement, specialization and novelty. 

At the same time, by supporting no more than 3 national (or provincial) public service agents in each batch of each province, providing technical innovation, intellectual property application and other services for the "National level growthing enterprise with professional, refinement, specialization and novelty".
