On the morning of August 16, 2006, hundreds of patent agencies entered ZhongguancunSciencePark  for IP joint service with thousands of enterprises- Start-up ceremony  for Joint work between hundreds of and thousands of enterprises was held  at Fengtai Garden of Zhongguancun Science Park. On the ceremony,  corresponding official certificates has been granted to 20 IP Agencies  and law firms selected at first, and whose principals had signed on the  Framework Agreement on the IP joint service. CN-KnowHow, with  professional team, well-qualified service and good reputation in the  field of IP as well, had lined up with the selected agencies.

The  agencies would provide the comprises located in Zhongguancun Science  Park with many items of services, such as business consulting,  popularizing, training, future predicting, strategic designating, patent  analyzing and dispute handling and so on. The way to combine those  professional advantages from the agencies with technologies from the  enterprises, for the enterprises in the Park, would greatly enhance the  ability to exercise and manage the intellectual property right.

In  this work, when applying for a patent, parts of qualified enterprises  would get differently proportional patronage from the government and the  Park in respect of official and attorney fee.
